Who and How you will provide support:

• providing the department and Vice President with strong administrative support
• reception duties including greeting clients, answering phones, and forwarding to the right party
• filing, scanning, and sorting documents
• calendar management
• working with other administrative staff on various projects
• meeting coordination and minutes
• general office support

What you NEED to be successful in this role:

• Diplomatic
• 5+ years' experience as an administrative assistant or similar administrative role
• 2+ years' experience in reception
• Strong attention to detail and extreme mindfulness of confidentiality
• Strong calendar experience
• Strong Microsoft Office experience
• ERP software experience considered a strong asset
