We are looking for an experienced professional to take on an Office Manager role with a client in Vancouver. The client is in the commercial real estate business, so any prior experience in that industry would be an asset.

• Provide excellent client support / service to tenants
• Ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared for the meetings and engagements.
• Assist as directed on projects given by the Property Manager or VP
• Answering queries as and when needed
• General support to the office.
• Work with other departments as needed, by acting as liaison between the company and customers

• Work with a dynamic team, at a well-known property
• Excellent compensation, $55-60k/yr based on experience
• Work with a closely knit team

• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant role with progressive responsibilities
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision with self-motivation to improve processes
• Ability to analyze, prioritize and problem solve to find viable, timely solutions and confidence in making informed decisions
• High degree of competency using MS Office products, e-mail, database systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Positive demeanor, conscientious and enthusiastic
