Le titulaire du poste aidera les représentants commerciaux régionaux en soumettant des contrats d’achat d’espace (CAE) et en coordonnant tous les aspects du processus de contrat avec les clients, les Affaires juridiques et d’autres parties prenantes clés pour les vols spécialisés. De plus, il collaborera avec le chef, Satisfaction de la clientèle pour superviser l’exécution des CAE, consigner toute anomalie d’exploitation et assurer la liaison avec le client pour réduire les perturbations. Trier toutes les demandes entrantes dans un courriel générique pour les CAE; préparer les soumissions pour les chefs commerciaux régionaux ou directement pour le client, selon le segment de clientèle. Assurer la liaison avec plusieurs services pour confirmer l’ordonnancement des avions, finaliser les CAE et rassembler les documents requis pour le client. Communiquer avec l’Ingénierie – Contrôle du chargement, le Contrôle réseau – Air Canada Cargo et d’autres groupes (le cas échéant) pour évaluer la faisabilité opérationnelle de toute nouvelle occasion commerciale et de transmettre l’information aux chefs commerciaux régionaux et aux équipes opérationnelles régionales. Documenter les occasions et les cas et mettre à jour le module sur la gestion de la relation client, le cas échéant. Assurer la liaison avec l’Exploitation fret pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des CAE et communiquer avec le client pour comprendre les exigences opérationnelles. Appuyer d’autres nouvelles initiatives commerciales en assurant la liaison avec les clients et en aidant les chefs commerciaux régionaux. Mobiliser le personnel de première ligne à l’égard des nouvelles occasions commerciales et des exigences de manutention.   Appuyer les autres fonctions du Service clientèle selon les besoins (Relation clientèle, comptes haute contribution, Centre du service clientèle et Affaires postales). Structure organisationnelle :Relève du directeur général – Service clientèleComprend le soutien des ressources liées aux ventes régionales, aux services et ventes et à la direction, selon les besoins.Coordonne étroitement la participation des cadres de l’entreprise avec la gestion de la clientèle.Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Service clientèle pour assurer la satisfaction des clients et la résolution des problèmes.Qualifications Diplôme universitaire ou expérience de travail pertinente applicable. Connaissance ou compréhension de Salesforce (ou d’une application de gestion de la relation client semblable), un atout. Expérience commerciale ou opérationnelle, un atout. Aptitudes démontrées pour la résolution de problèmes. Excellentes habiletés pour les relations interpersonnelles et souci du client. Compétence marquée pour la communication, orale et écrite. Aptitudes démontrées pour le leadership, et capacité à influencer et à susciter le changement.Certificat en gestion de projets (ou l’équivalent) et titres de compétence en gestion de l’assurance de la qualité (ASQ, CQMgr) ou l’équivalent, un atoutAu moins trois années d’expérience dans le secteur de l’exploitation des sociétés aériennes, de préférence dans les domaines du fret, des aéroports ou du service clientèle Conditions d’emploi :Les candidats doivent avoir le droit de travailler dans le pays choisi au moment où un emploi leur est offert.
