At Randstad, we are hiring recruiters to join our team in Woodbridge and Etobicoke!
We are hosting an OPEN HOUSE in Mississauga for candidates with recruitment experience.

Join us for our recruitment open house on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 12:00pm to 3:30pm

Address for Open House: 6345 Dixie Road, Mississauga

Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct full-cycle recruitment from posting jobs, to screening resumes, to conducting detailed interviews
-Consistently maintain and build a pipeline of candidates
-Ability to refer and place candidates within a short time frame
-Achieve weekly KPIs/targets such as interview volume, job fill-rate and compliance
-Work closely with your team to ensure you are finding the best fit candidates for our clients

Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience
- Recruitment industry experience is an asset
- Ability to build long-term and trusting business relationships
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and team orientation
- Must be Internet savvy with some knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Be able to drive/own transport
