Our client a leader in the insurance/risk management industry is looking for an Operations Specialist to do data entry/document processing.

Main duties:
- Provide support for production processing of difficult/complex insurance account certificates in a high volume environment;
- Occasional phone work;
- Contribute to the achievement of operations team service level agreements;

Job conditions:
- Day shift from Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week
- Located in down-town Montreal - easy accessible by public transit
- Salary between $22 and $23 per hour
- 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
