In this role you will be responsible for order entry, customer support, processing quotations, troubleshooting, and general office support. Who and How you will provide support:

• Processing orders and ensuring correct information
• Communicate with surrounding team and internal departments
• Communicate with customers to ensure quality and accuracy
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle complaints
• Working with other administrative staff on various projects
• Order entry into the internal system
• General office support

What you NEED to be successful in this role:

• Extreme attention to detail and time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong understanding of business process, supply chain, and logistics
• Customer service experience and mind set is a must
• Flexibility, initiative, and perseverance
• Strong Microsoft Office experience
• Experience in the manufacturing sector considered a major asset
