Our client, located in Mississauga near Matheson and Tomken is looking for a great order entry administrator to join the team. This is a PERMANENT position starting immediately and will be paying between $35,000 and $37,000. Please see below for the details!

Requirements:
- Receive orders from customers and input them into the system (SIMPLY ACCOUNTING)
- Ensure accuracy, time lines and completion, following up with the internal team and assisting where necessary
- Engage in all aspects of the business (cross training)
- Various ad hoc tasks and coverages (reception coverage, filing, processing etc.)

This is not the kind of place where you do one job. Everyone all the way up to the president takes pride and ownership of the work and pitch in where necessary to ensure the companies success.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of order entry experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- MUST have experience with Simply Accounting
- Excellent and clear communication in English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to help in all aspects of the business, not a good fit for someone that likes to do one job all day
