Our client in the St Laurent Area is looking for a Parts Counter Clerk to focus on serving their customers, contractors and other vendors


Annual salary starts at 40,000 (negotiable) Full benefits (will discuss in full detail)
This is a permanent position to start ASAP

Job Description:


Provide face to face customer service to the clients, vendors and contractors
Process customer orders
Provide pricing, product details and inventory. Person will also be expected to go to the bac
Communicate with peers in different departments to serve the customer in a timely manner
Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold
Perform other in store duties as required
Some office administration experience, scanning, photocopying and emails


Qualifications:


- Experience in Electric/ Electrical industry is a must
- Customer service and Order desk experience
- Must have clear communications skills, able to provide information about the product services face to face. French is an asset.
- Successfully work in a multi-faceted environment
- Flexible to change
- Chosen candidate must have steel-toe boots.
