Are you familiar with working with robotics and looking for a permanent position with excellent growth potential?

We are looking for a Production Operator for a client located in Cambridge. This is a permanent, direct hire position and a great opportunity to work with a world class company.

Job Duties:

- working with robotic systems
- maintain line standards of production
- provide guidance and tend to automatic machines and equipment
- monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures and controls
- performing simple production changeovers
- monitoring quality using computer programs
- performing backup Material Handling procedures

- $16 hourly to start + $200 bi-monthly until you qualify for quarterly bonus
- quarterly profit sharing (typically works out to $2-$5 hourly)
- nightshift 7:30pm to 7:30am (will train on days)
- two days on, two days off rotating continental shift
- benefits after 3 months
- excellent opportunity to grow within this organization!

- proficiency in all software required for operation of line and have knowledge of QMS system
- perform basic math calculations
- previous experience working with robotics in an automotive environment is beneficial
- able to lift up to 50lbs (infrequently)
- able to pass a criminal record check and complete pre-employment testing
- provide two positive, supervisory references
- able to work monthly rotating continental shifts (2 days on, two days off)
- willing to learn how to drive a Forklift if not already well versed
- high school diploma or GED
