Are you a production supervisor/team leader that likes to make an impact and see the products you produce in daily life?
We are looking for an accomplished leader to supervise a team of 10-12 employees in a manufacturing environment. This role is located in Ayr, just a 15 minute drive from Cambridge. This role has so many benefits, including a pension, profit sharing, wellness reimbursement, among others. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to move up within an organization, and stay for a long period of time.

In this role you will be:
- responsible for plant H&S, conducting weekly safety talks
- working with blenders, mixers and conveyors
- leading a team of 10-12 employees
- fostering a team environment
- performing minor maintenance tasks
- coordinating with various departments, scheduling
- assisting in inventory control and cycle counts
- data tracking

- $32-35 hourly to start, annual compensation is between $80K+ annually
- bonus days off program (up to 4/year)

- profit sharing
- RRSP matching up to 9% (conditions apply)
- 3 weeks vacation after 3 years
- strong possibility for career advancement

- leadership capabilities (3+ years of experience)
- able to work up to 55 hours in a week (not all year), monthly rotating shift between days and nights
- relatively clear criminal record (some charges may be accepted)
- able to pass pre-employment physical, lift up to 50 lbs
- strong attention to detail
- ideally forklift/crane experience
- can do attitude
- possess strong organization and documentation skills
