We are looking for two production leaders/supervisors for an automotive environment in the Cambridge area.

In this role you will be:

-leading a team of 25-40 individuals
- providing direction to production team members
- ensuring high quality of workmanship
- monitoring, reviewing and auditing processes
- ensuring work stations are properly equipped for the shift
- promoting and upholding H&S best practices
- performing lean manufacturing duties
-familiarity with NAFTA and customs
-jumping in and performing all shipping/receiving duties on the floor as needed.

$29 hourly (this position is eligible for overtime)
RRSP program
Straight shift, either nights or afternoons are available
Opportunity for growth within the organization

- experience within a JIT environment is ideal
- high school diploma or equivalent
- effective communication skills
- mechanically inclined
- must have reliable transportation as the role is not on a bus route
- able to use precision measuring tools
- post secondary education is preferred
