What will you be doing as a production welder?

- operating a robotic welder
- performing production MIG welding tasks
- performing quality checks
- working as a team towards a collective goal
- welding stainless steel and aluminum at a moderate pace of work
- grinding parts as required

- $22.46 hourly to start, plus $1 shift premium
- straight afternoons, 3:30pm- midnight Monday to Friday
- RRSP matching after one year (50% match, you contribute 6%, they put in 3%, you put in 4% they put in 2%, etc)
- fully paid company benefits for you and your family with only a $1 dispensing fee for prescriptions
- discretionary RRSP bonus program depending on yearly results
- DT rates if OT is offered on Sunday or after 14 hours in a day
- raise after working 800 hours
- will accommodate pre-booked vacation if notified during the interview process
- you only need to provide your own steel toes and weld helmet, everything else is provided for you
- company parties, golf tournaments are common place!

- strong history of good attendance and punctuality
- possess a valid welding ticket (can be CWB, TSSA, ASME, just has to be a valid ticket of some kind)
- professional attitude and work ethic
- able to maintain high quality of workmanship in a production welding environment
- provide two work related, supervisor references
- must have a reliable mode of transportation, not on a bus route when the shift ends
- able to work at a moderate to fast pace of work
