We are looking for a Project Coordinator - Intermediate

Role description:
This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end coordination, planning, and delivery, of one or more I&T initiatives, while ensuring that customer expectations regarding approved scope, timeline, and results/qualities of delivery, are met or exceeded. Coordinators must fully comprehend expectations with the introduction of I&T initiatives, while seeking ways to collaborate with other I&T members and customers to facilitate and enhance the implementation and transition of solutions.

Assignment description:
- Manage administrative tasks related to consultants (on boarding, time validation, P.O. management)
- Manage team demand/pipeline (provide visibility, help prioritize, updates our systems and report on progress)
- Organize Key architecture activities and ensure they are effective by helping with agenda, minutes and management of action items (e.g.: Team meeting, architecture review & sign-off)
- Act as liaison with different teams and committee to represent my team from a service engagement point of view. (PMO, Capacity planning, etc.)
- Perform Quality assurance of our process execution and deliverable.
- Help improve and formalize our processes, document job-aids, how-to, etc.
- Produce reports, metrics in regards of our team, services and to help manage our commitments.

Summary of tasks:
Considered a fully qualified Project Coordinator.
Can be tasked to manage junior project coordinator staff.
Makes decisions to routine problems within established guidelines.
Can work independently with little oversight.
