what you will get:
· $45,000 - $50,000 annual salary based on experience

how you will provide support:
· Be liaison with the Sales and Operations departments in addition to maintain constant communication with Support Staff, Management and clients
· Coordinate the technical components of the projects including labour, subcontractors, vendors, materials, etc
· Manage the full cycle of Automatic Door and Door operator installations
· Corroborate the accuracy of the quantity and details of each project to ensure the correct calculation of pricing
· Coordinate the logistics flow and plans for contractors and vendors to allow sufficient time to return pricing details
· Process contract agreements and update relevant information into company’s database
· Create verifications reports for client distributions
· Maintain company’s policies and procedures and legal and ethical obligations are compiled for auditing purposes
· Create elaborate proposals to clients in detail depending on the range of business and work in liaison with the sales and design departments to prepare such proposals

what you NEED to be successful in this role:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or related field of study
· 3+ years of experience in Project Co-ordination, Constructions Management or related experience
· Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset
· Knowledge of Corrigo and Quickbooks
· Understanding of the Automatic Door Industry and general Automatic Door Products also an asset
· Excellent communication skills, able to prepare professional proposal
· Able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
· Strong attention to detail
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently with very little supervision with tight datelines
· Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
· Available to occasional visit to clients sites, if required
