Our client, a leader in the education industry, is looking for an experienced Project Manager who has ERP system experience to join their team as their temporary employee for a defined 3 year term

POSITION 2 - Job Title: ERP Project Manager
Reporting To: Senior Project Manager


Under the direction of the Senior Project Manager, the ERP Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating, all the activities required to deliver Banner ERP modules moving them from the development and testing environments into Production.

The ERP Project Manager will work with management; functional and technical teams. The Project Manager will be working with the ITS Management team and with staff to refine and clarify project scope and objectives, identify all linkages and dependencies with other projects and develop strategies to successfully achieve project results.

In addition, the ERP Project Manager will assist in the development of tools that would be used by the functional teams to support their project planning and implementation processes. The candidate should have exposure to large-scale ERP implementations.

Duration of Need: 3 years Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week


The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Project Management or equivalent training and experience; must be working towards CAPM or PMP Certification.

- minimum of 3 year of work-related experience.

- Experience with large-scale ERP implementations.

- Experience working in the education and/or public sector is considered an asset

- The incumbent will demonstrate strong leadership skills, and will have the ability to build consensus to facilitate decision making through consultation. They will be comfortable managing matrix project teams.

- They have the ability to communicate effectively and gain the respect of clients because of their education, experience, achievements,
honesty and integrity.

- Experience with variety of project management tools including Microsoft Project and the ability to adapt to an environment where change is frequent and process ambiguity exists.
