If you answered yes to the above, you might be interested in a project manager role with one of our clients. This is a 12-month contract role where you will get to tackle challenging projects related to transition. Typical daily responsibilities will involve:

• Managing multiple work teams on project oversight, deadlines, responsibilities, and progress
• Implementing and managing system lifecycles of internal systems and technology tools, interfaces, innovations, and enhancements
• Researching, developing, and presenting related plans and roadmaps that address stakeholder engagements and business challenges for internal administrative/processing systems
• Establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships
• Preparing analysis and status reports for upper management as required and established by PMO

A great candidate will possess competencies in:

• Multi-Dimensional Project Management Skills
• Business (Lending and Insurance) and Systems Analysis Skills
• Team Dynamics and Relationship Management Skills
• Professional Development Skills
• Strong Client facing Skills (Internal and External)

In terms of skills and experience, you should have:

• Post-secondary education in a technical or business discipline or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of IT experience in project management, business or systems analysis, process development, and change management
• 3-5 years’ business experience in credit union, bank, financial institution, or insurance operations
• Understanding of consumer and commercial lending best practices
• Proficiency with MS Office, WebEx and SharePoint
