Our client in the Burlington area, a Design/Build Contractor focused on Industrial Construction in the Water Industry, has partnered with Randstad Engineering in their search for a Project Manager.

In this role, responsibilities would include:
- Developing, reviewing, and updating construction schedule, submittal review and tracking, subcontractor management, procurement, scheduling equipment and material deliveries, management of RFI process, project close-out documentation and coordination, and bid take-off, review and coordination
- Monitors quality control, safety, and efficiency for civil construction operations
- Interacts with construction operations management to document and monitor changes in construction procedures
- Reviews drawings to address construction issues and ensure good plan in advance
- Occasional travel to remote jobsites may be required
- Reviewing proposals specifications and drawings, preparing lists of bid items and quantities, and determining scopes of work
- Interfacing with the owner, internal design/build teams, and subcontractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility
- Tracking awarded contracts as required through review of cost reports and discussions with project and construction management
- Coordinating, supervising and reviewing work of assigned department personnel to ensure accuracy and completeness

As a qualified candidate, you meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years Project Management experience in Industrial Construction, with involvement in complete project lifecycle
- Post secondary education in related field
- Estimating experience is ideal
- Experience with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Experience directing, training, and motivating field personnel
- Experience in a strong business, construction management, and delivery methodologies background
