Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading restoration projects stemming from a variety of property insurance losses. The successful candidate will work together with the property owner and insurance agent ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and meet the quality standards demanded by the Client.

- Complete emergency inspections and determine causes of property loss
- Plan, organize, direct and control remediation services
- Constant communication with staff, subcontractors, property owners and insurance agents
- Coordinate and manage employees and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit project estimates and budgets
- Plan and prepare job repair schedules
- Follow and meet pre-determined goals
- Establish and Implement quality control procedures
- Direct the purchase of building and job materials
- Effectively enforce company protocols
- Efficiently manage rebuild projects and return properties to their pre-loss condition

- Minimum 5 years experience of restoration project management
- Proven understanding of reconstruction processes
- Willing to be On Call
- Valid Drivers' License with Abstract
- Criminal Record Check
- Xactimate Experience is an asset
- IICRC Technician Certification is an asset
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Work effectively with others as a member of a team
- Decision making skills
- Highly organized with attention to details
- Strong computer skills
- Be able to work in a variety of settings
