Our client in the Tri-Cities are seeking a Property Administrator - Residential / Commercial to join their growing business.

In this role you would be responsible for:
•Collect and post monthly Rent payments – residential and commercial (using Sage 50 & Excel)
•Maintain tenant documents – leases, current insurance, etc.
•Coordinate Unit inspections when required
•Prepare leases for new tenants and extensions for exiting tenants when necessary
•Post Property Tax payments
•Manage Parking Lot income including posting monthly summaries and cash deposits
•Main liaison for all tenants, clients and leasing advertising

Qualifications
Requirements:
•Good working knowledge of Sage 50 or Simply Accounting
•Previous Property Management experience is a must
•Good technical skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook)
•Must be highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability and interpersonal skills
•Must have own transportation as driving within the Tri-Cities is a must
