One of the fastest growing contracting companies in the lower mainland is currently looking for you to join there team as a Receptionist.

This is as a full-time permanent position, with a great opportunity to grow within the organization.

Reception construction experience is needed, worked with a general contractor, sub-contractor or parallel industry such as manufacturing or logistics would be a plus!

Qualifications
• Greet people who come to the office and lead them to the right person or department;
• Provide general information to clients and visitors;
• Ensure follow-up of incoming and outgoing documents, whether in electronic or paper form;
• Organize regular outgoing mail—figure out postage rates and place postage on letters and parcels;
• Forward internal mail according to established procedures;
• Manage and update reservations for the various conference rooms in the office;
• Manage phone system—requesting a construction site phone number, adding or eliminating a voice mail, requesting repair or installation services, and checking phone bills;
• Ensure the various vending machines are replenished and work properly. Count money from these machines;
• Make calls for service when required;
• Receive and distribute mail—internal and external;
• Coordinate daily errands;
• Keep temporary parking file up to date;
• Update the daily office attendance list.
