Are you looking to make some extra cash? Only looking to work a couple days here and there for various lengths? Do you have extensive experience in a Receptionist role?

We are looking for experienced Receptionists and Office Assistants to fill short term (could be one day or a few months) reception/administrative coverages for amazing companies in downtown Toronto that range from startups to fortune 500 companies.

What you will be doing:
• answering and directing calls to the appropriate personnel
• addressing all incoming mail and couriers
• greeting all guests that visit the office
• answering any general inquiries and concerns
• file and data management
• booking meeting rooms and helping with boardroom set ups
• ordering catering and supplies
• minor kitchen prep and clean up
• ad hoc administrative or clerical tasks as required

Why you want this job:
• working hours 9 am to 5 pm (slight variations)
• hourly wage: $14 - $17 (tentative)

Do you have the right qualifications?
• 1+ years of previous receptionist or front desk experience
• 1+ year of administrative experience
• strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• strong multi-tasking and prioritizing experience
• 1+ year experience using a switchboard or transferring calls
• personable and positive attitude
• strong problem solving skills
• the ability to start right away
