Are you a dynamic receptionist looking for more then just a traditional reception position? Are you looking to work in the Art Industry? Do you love working with artistic people? Do you want to work closer to home? I have the perfect opportunity in Burlington for you!

Job Duties:
-Front desk reception
-Data entry (mostly through Excel)
-Administrative duties
-In charge of phone and email
-Show room maintenance
-Order entry for orders
-Carrying art pieces to and from vehicles
-Coordinating at Trade Shows on some weekends
-Hang up and take down Art work in showroom
-Accuracy in data entry is very important

Qualifications
-At least 1 year of experience working as receptionist
-Working experience using Excel
