Are you in a stage of life where you are looking for a stable position? Are you an experienced receptionist who would like to work for one of the biggest construction developers in the country? what you will get:
· $43,000 - $45,000 annual salary based on experience
· 2 weeks vacation
· Closing between Christmas and New Years

who and how you will provide support:
· You will provide support to the operations manager
· Welcoming and greeting visitors and on the telephone
· Organize and maintain reception and common area and boardrooms for special events
· Administer directory with updated names and phone numbers
· Provide support to some of the directors of a company
· Prepare and sort daily mail and distribute accordingly
· Able to prepare spreadsheets to keep track of expenses and deposits
· Customer service support to clients and visitors where appropriate


what you NEED to be successful in this role:

· Professional presence with excellent communication skills
· 5 to 10 years’ experience in related role, preferably dealing with an executive level group
· Computer savvy with experience in MS Office
· Amazing customer service skills
· Able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
· Strong attention to detail
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently with very little supervision.
