We are seeking candidates who are interested in temporary Receptionists positions committed to support business needs at any given moment… If you are looking to gain experience in an Administrative Support opportunity, this is perfect for you!

Main Responsibilities as a Receptionist include:
- Answering inbound calls assisting with questions and inquiries
- Dispatching calls to the correct departments and taking messages
- Answering client questions and inquiries
- Manage schedules for staff
- Corresponding via email using Microsoft Outlook
- Filing, faxing, photocopying, printing etc.
- Other administrative duties assigned by Supervisor

- Temporary on-call opportunity
- Added to the HOT list of candidates to call for on call reception roles!
- Located in Mississauga
- Large corporate business culture

- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrate Support related role is mandatory
- Efficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear written and verbal communication is required
