Salary: 32,000$ - 38,000$/year
Schedule: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Saint-Laurent
Industry: Aeronautical / high-end corporate travel

A global leader in the field of high-end corporate aviation services is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for their upscale office located in Ville Saint-Laurent.

Are you a very polished and professional person?
Do you have experience working as a receptionist or in the tourism and hospitality industry?
Are your written and spoken English both flawless?

As administrative assistant / receptionist, your daily tasks will include:
- Answering calls using a multi-line system
- Greeting customers in a friendly and helpful demeanor;
- Managing all use of messengers and couriers (receiving, sending, distributing, billing)
- Preparing several types of documents (letters, memos, emails, reports, etc.)
- Ordering office supplies
- Execute searches regarding prospective clients in support of the executive team
- All other administrative support duties as required
