Position: Receptionist
Salary: $18
Schedule: 8:15 am - 5:15 pm (Mon - Fri)
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent

A large and well-established company in Ville Saint Laurent is looking for a Receptionist for their beautiful office.

Your tasks will include:
- Reception of visitors and have the register signed
- Answer calls and transfer them to corresponding person with professionalism
- Receive, validate, process (when needed) and dispatch daily incoming mail and other documents
- Preparation of daily outgoing mail and courier packages
- Complete general office and administration work

- Experience in the field of Customer Service / Receptionist
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and multitask
