As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
*Greeting people
*Answering multi-line phones
*Taking messages for department personnel and providing information to callers
*Mail management (sorting, delivering, and package handling)
*Monitoring and ordering supplies and sorting/distributing mail

Qualifications
Friendly, professional, and demonstrated attention to detail
Excellent communication
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
