We are actively looking for outgoing, professional, and adaptable Receptionist to work for one of the top telecom in the educational space in the new year!

In this role, you would be responsible for the overall efficiency and smooth operations for the office! We are looking for customer service oriented professionals with administrative and reception experience to take on a week to week contract.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of customer service and administration experience, preferably in an office environment. Experience in the educational or publishing sector is an asset. Outside of traditional receptionist role, additional responsibilities may include calendar management and travel arrangements, maintaining stock of office supplies, meeting minutes, and administrative support to the greater team as needed.

• ability to have your weekends off: core working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
• be paid $16/hr

Qualified candidates will have:

• 10/10 written and verbal English communication skills
• 2+ years of administrative experience in an office setting
• personable, outgoing, professional and a self starter
• ability to work independently and discreetly as well as in a team
• using your own judgment and problem solving skills in a way that best serves the company
• strong organizational and prioritization skills
• proficient in Microsoft Office
