Randstad is now looking for a contract Receptionist position for our client in Greater Victoria. Are you a self-motivated, excellent communicator and organized individual?
It will give you a fantastic opportunity to interact with diverse customers as well as performing clerical office duties.

Receptionist Job Duties and responsibilities:

- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Answer telephone, schedule appointments, dealing with queries from public, employees, and customers
- Coordinate meetings, monitor and maintain office equipment
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
