Our client in North York within the manufacturing industry is currently seeking a professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis with the possibility of extended employment.

This position will be great for you if you thrive in a fast paced environment, and have a passion for giving a stellar customer experience!

As the face of the company, you will greet clients as the come in, answer phone calls, direct calls, take messages, handle mail in and out, deal with couriers, do some board room set up, and provide administrative support to site leaders.

With lots of competing priorities, a strong ability to prioritize is a must have for this role! A friendly attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond will also be essential in order for you to be successful in this position!

If you possess strong organizational skills, are comfortable coordinating and scheduling company meetings and agendas, and enjoy managing general office duties (mail distribution, order entry, liaising with various departments), apply now!

This position will begin as a six month contract with the possibility of either extension or becoming permanent for the right person! This is an exciting opportunity for a career receptionist/administrative assistant with a customer service commitment!

Qualifications
Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates Degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Knowledge of and practical skills in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and ERP systems.
• A self-starter, self-motivated and a quick learner
