Randstad is currently seeking candidates for a minimum 9-month placement (with the possibility for extension or turning permanent) for multiple Corporate Recruiter roles for a very reputable client in Winnipeg. Duties Include:

- Drafting offers
- Managing the candidate experience (Interviewing, background checks, follow up documents, etc)
- On-boarding candidates
- Generating recruitment reports

- Must have working-level knowledge and practical experience in the application of Microsoft software (eg. Excel, Word, and Outlook). Should be proficient in the maintenance of data base systems
- Must have previous experience working within a recruitment function
- Must have experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
