Randstad’s Engineering Division is growing in Vancouver and expanding its Manufacturing practice. Our next Resource Manager will be given the opportunity to carry out recruitment and talent attraction missions but also to progressively take over account management duties. He/she will also have the chance to work side-by-side with a top performer and will have the opportunity to work closely with an established client base.
Sitting in our Downtown offices, his/her missions will include (but will not be restricted to):Develop and grow a focused candidate database while maintaining top tier resultsBuild strong relationships with candidates providing guidance for their career developmentIdentify candidates’ suitability and match them to appropriate job opportunitiesManage the recruitment life-cycle effectively while meeting monthly targetsFocus on personal sales first with client management and then new client acquisitionConduct effective client visits understanding their needs and hiring processesUnderstand, deliver, negotiate contracts and maintain contact with all clientsBuild an understanding of the market/industry, including trends, market intelligenceBuild and maintain effective relationships within all internal sales teams
