Resource Manager - Mississauga Industrial - SME

Randstad's Mississauga office is currently hiring for a permanent Resource Manager to join our growing and dynamic team. The Resource Manager's position is a 360 end to end recruitment role that focuses on candidate attraction, sourcing, interviewing, placement, retention, and engagement of temporary employees for Industrial placements. Working with a unit partner, you must effectively manage the profitability of your business.

Main Responsibilities:

- Source active and inactive candidates within the industrial space through direct search and networking with community partners
- Manage the on-going recruitment activity - attract, screen, interview and assess talent
- Place candidates in temporary and permanent positions
- Develop, implement and coordinate recruitment activities and strategies
- Manage candidate database effectively and continuously maintain candidate pool for frequent roles
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and remain “top of mind” for all active/inactive clients
- Visit clients on a consistent weekly basis and consistently stay connected with them about their needs
- Act as the main point of contact for temporary employees for payroll inquiries, resolving any employment-related needs or concerns
- Implement strategies for retention and engagement of temp employees
- Identify current opportunities with existing clients to increase wallet share
- Meet and exceed financial and operational targets
- Have a thorough knowledge of accounts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), processes and compliance's and follow them diligently.

Education & Experience:

- Completion of post secondary education
- Must have previous experience in recruitment and sourcing
- Has a proven track record of making good matches for clients
- Must have a demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a proven ability in time management, multitasking and prioritization.
