We are currently looking for a an experienced Bilingual Sales Administrator to support our client with their very Sales team. If you are comfortable with a fast paced environment, who wants to be valued as integral part of a team and are fluent in both English and French then this might be the best role for you! You will provide support to the Sales manager on the daily operations of the department by being the primary contact for all French speaking customers’ requests and inquiries.

how you will provide support:
• Utilize administrative skills to provide general support to the sales team
• Management of the sales process by receiving sales orders in French and inputting them in English
• Document and update all client problems and issues using CDI order entry system
• Liaising with customers, courier companies and shipping department to resolve any shipping errors or shipping damage and ensure equipment is tracked and customer receives

what you NEED to be successful in this role:

• Fluent French/English (orally and written) is a must
• 1 – 2 years accounting and administrative experience
• Confident in computer environment including MS Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Provide results and deadline focused
• An understanding of the IT industry is an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours
