Are you a recent Finance or Commerce graduate looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a leading organization? Do you have ~1 year of corporate experience, either through Co-ops are since graduating? Do you have excellent MS Excel and Communications skills? IF so, we have an excellent opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for a new or recent graduate to work as a Sales Support Coordinator supporting our client, a leading Insurance and Financial Services firm, in their Waterloo office. In this role you will work full time hours, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm on a 12 month assignment, and earn a rate of $20.75 per hour. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting their Partnership Rewards program, handling a variety of sales support and reporting duties, including but not limited to:

• Manage standard support inquiries; facilitate conflict resolution and assess issues for escalation as needed
• Ensure all areas of the bank and distribution follow existing processes/procedures to deliver on Partner Rewards program benefits to qualified advisors and mortgage brokers.
• Manage and process the consistent qualifier reporting, ensuring strict audit controls are followed; assist in the decision process when approval exceptions need to be considered.
• Act as key team member of the Partner Rewards project team, managing the collection of presentations, print material & business components of the onsite app.
• Manage the production of monthly reporting to assess eligibility for the program
• Maintain databases, preparing and submitting updates
• Work closely with Manager, Reward & Recognition to create and maintain a consistent advisor/broker and internal communication strategy, in conjunction with the Strategic Sales Consultant on the Sales Force Effectiveness team. Includes ultimate accountability for approving communications, ensuring their timely delivery and researching new ways to communicate with advisors/brokers to improve effectiveness
• Triage the program mailboxes, sending inquiries to the appropriate partners, and answering advisor questions where appropriate.

Qualifications
• Less than 2 years of previous corporate experience (either via Co-ops or post graduation work experience)
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Amazing attention to detail and organization skills
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically with MS Excel
• Ability to take initiative
