Our financial services client, located in North York, is looking for a full-time Salesforce BSA

Responsibilities:

Managing internal client relations to ensure that IT delivery expectations are specified, managed appropriately and met by developing successful partnerships and ongoing communication with clients.
Providing expert advice to clients regarding the use of Salesforce.com to support business applications
Managing and completing all Business Analysis deliverables: Provide comprehensive Business Analysis estimates and work plans and coordinate the workload across team members. Ensure written requirements and testing documentation is clear, understandable, audience appropriate and accurately captures the key information required for a quality solution that meets business needs. Ensure standards are established where required and then followed once established
Partnering with architects and application designers to design new salesforce.com solutions, and re-engineer, improve or replace existing business or IT processes
Developing a strong understanding business partner challenges, objectives, and other operational aspects of the business through the use of applicable facilitation and analysis approaches, the assessment of alternative solutions and the balancing of risk the business area is willing to accept
Managing the Business Systems Analysis delivery of large-size projects through initiation, planning, analysis, design, construction, deployment, and post-project review

Technical Skills:

Facilitation: ability to guide and keep a group on track, recognize issues that need to be dealt with, and ensure everyone is heard
Analysis: ability to break down high level business requirements into more detail by questioning and probing for clarification
Consulting: ability to provide expert advice and guide clients towards an optimal solution or approach
Problem management: work to prevent problems or decrease impact of problems when possible, and work with others to resolve problems
Training: prepare and clearly present/explain information so it can be understood by others, ability to transfer knowledge clearly and effectively
Project Management: helps the project manager define project requirements, plans activities and ensures successful project implementation
Software Quality Assurance: understanding of quality/testing concepts and techniques
Customer and results focus: ability to work with customers to understand and act based on their needs, assess risk and achieve a valued result
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to understand and accurately interpret the meaning, purpose and importance of verbal and nonverbal messages

Ability to work collaboratively with others to build and maintain strong, cohesive teams through practicing open dialogue and sharing of ideas/information

Experience in developing strong working relationships with internal clients and with peer groups by creating an open and trusting environment and sharing information in a timely manner

Adaptability: resilient, adjusts quickly, maintains effectiveness throughout periods of change, exhibiting tolerance for ambiguity
Ability to build prototypes and live mock-up’s to aid with solutions definition and design experience defining salesforce solutions

Qualifications & Experience:

College or university degree, preferably with a systems background or equivalent experience
CBAP certification (or working towards) is an asset
Experience working on complex CRM, marketing or digital initiatives involving Salesforce.com
5 years of experience as a Business Systems Consultant or as a Functional Salesforce.com consultant
Web and Mobile application consulting and analysis requirements experience is an asset
