We are currently looking for a permanent senior administrative assistant to provide senior-level administrative support for Partners in our tax Industry leading client's Winnipeg office.

• Proactively manage the Partner's schedule with respect to client events and business-related activities, with minimal input and direction
• Handle work-related matters on behalf of – and alongside – the Partner, some of which are highly confidential in nature
• Proactively drive the client lifecycle with primary responsibility for meeting client deadlines with quality deliverables
• Identify opportunities to be a brand ambassador by building strong relationships with the Partner’s external clients, marketing and account support teams
• Other administrative services as required

• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting multiple executives in a professional, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional commitment to client service and continuous improvement
• Flexibility to work overtime, if required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM
