Randstad is working with a reputable property development firm who is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst/Finance Manager for a permanent engagement. This office is a modern oasis with a 360 degree view of the city! See the job details below:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Compile annual budget and quarterly forecasts for a specified period using property and corporate level financial estimates;
• Prepare future-orientated financial statements, sources and uses of cash and ratio calculations;
• Performs analysis on leasing assumptions at property level for purposes of testing reasonability, documenting trend analysis and verifying inputs;
• Prepare quarterly forecast Board Presentation and binder of supporting schedules;
• Perform preliminary review of various quarterly reports and supporting schedules;
• Assists with compiling, tracking and coordinating the completion of quarterly calendar activities;
• Track progress of department’s outstanding tasks in an action log, ensuing timely completion;
• Perform full cycle accounting duties on a corporate level
• Leader in managing projects and deliverables;
• Coordinator and liaise with cross – departmental internal staff.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Required level of education and job-related experience:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience;
• Undergraduate degree in business, analytics or real estate;
• Professional finance designation (CPA or CFA).
Specific Skills:
• Extensive accounting and financial reporting knowledge;
• Knowledge of residential property development/real estate environment and industry dynamics with exposure to property accounting, leasing and real estate analytics;
• Very strong and adept with IT tools– superior spreadsheet knowledge allowing to design and implement well-thought out and complex analytical models;
• Detail-oriented with superior analytical skills to gather, synthesize on required data; open-minded and able to consider new ways of looking at information;
• Strong team player focused on team goals;
• Well developed communication skills with the ability to present findings and conclusions in a non-technical manner to various stakeholders within the organization
