In this senior finance role, your duties and responsibilities will include;

- Supporting the annual budgeting process for labour related activities
- Monthly reconciliation of costed hours
- Supervising and mentoring a team of 4-5 people
- Month-end adjustments as well as monthly and weekly reporting
- Facilitating collection of labour data
- Supporting financial planning and analysis process
- Integral role in the annual audit process
- Partner with operations for all things related to labour costs

Qualifications
- Experience supervising and mentoring others
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a manufacturing/cost accounting role
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA)
- Detail-oriented with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid Excel skills, ideally advanced
- Experience with SAP and Essbase an asset
