Are you a Senior Operations Manager in the manufacturing industry? Do you have a creative approach to problem solving? Do you have experience working in a smaller organization? This role is for you! We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join the team in the Kitchener/Waterloo area.

As a Senior Operations Manager in the Kitchener/Waterloo area, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and resolving issues
• Preparing and implementing action plans
• Ensuring the production forecast is achieved on schedule and within budget
• Initiating continuous improvement activities
• Hands on problem solving
• Mentoring all production departments

As a qualified Senior Operations Manager, you meet the following qualifications:

• Engineering or related degree
• 5 years Operations Management experience in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of tooling and technical matters
• Proven mentoring and coaching track record
• Hands on leader
• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Workplace Safety Insurance Act
