One of our top clients in the telecommunications space is hiring a for a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities include:
Identify and develop both leads and opportunities to secure service agreements with businesses.
Responsible for understanding and delivering product knowledge to customers. Initiate contacts with new and existing customers and answer general service inquiries. Provide superior customer service by listening, understanding and responding to customer questions and/or concerns. Take appropriate action to resolve issues in a timely manner and to the full satisfaction of the customer. Meet or exceed all assigned targets for sales, call handle time, quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Managing the sales process through funnel and pipeline strategies. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the sales cycle to implementation. Critical Qualifications/Competencies: • Demonstrate experience with generating leads and closing opportunities while managing the service implementation process • Confident and strategic negotiation skills • Complete understanding of presentation development and delivery • Operates independently to achieve territory assignments • Able to identify unrealized needs and articulate value proposition to meet requirements Senior role
