Randstad is currently seeking candidates to fill a PERMANENT Shipping/Warehouse position for our client in Brantford.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of 3-4 to organize and prepare finished goods for assembly and shipping.

As an integral part of the shipping team, you will perform general warehouse duties including receiving, quality checking and organizing all raw materials, ensure tracking of materials into ERP system, and operating a forklift operator.

Qualifications
Who are we looking for
- 2 years shipping experience
- Ability to lead a team - Team lead experience and asset
- Previous experience operating counterbalance forklift
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Hard working and reliable team player with strong verbal communication skills

Must be able to provide 2 supervisory/managerial work references from recent previous employment
