Do you have experience leading implementation of lean principal, 5S and visual standards?
Do you have experience with profit and loss analyses and operations management?

What will you be doing in this role?

We are looking for a Service Manager to lead a shop with 12 people in a leading company providing service for industrial cutting machines. Located in Toronto the position will be responsible for:

• For the shop financial analysis including P&L and cost control.
• Leading the technical aspects of the service provided
• Implementing continuous improvement actions and review process and procedures
• Implementing Lean principles and methodology, and visual standardization

What do you bring to the role?

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 5 years of service facility management or manufacturing
• Experience with cutting industrial machines and technical aptitude
• Business management knowledge.

Compensation package
• Salary range $80 to 95K per year based on experience
• Benefits after 3 months
• 3 weeks vacation
• Laptop/ cellphone
