Randstad Staffing, Canada’s largest staffing agency, is currently seeking candidates for a Service Coordinator Maternity leave coverage position with a reputable client in Nisku.

The Role:

You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support including:

Clerical:
- Handle phone calls and email correspondence.
- Develop and distribute correspondence, reports and presentations
- Plan, schedule and coordinate schedules, events, training, maintenance
- Create POs, invoices, assist with AP and AR as required
- Maintain all office supplies and materials

Operations:
- Maintain vendor, distributor and client files
- Generate and submit customer orders
- Handle customer inquires, including quotes, delivery, and service requests

Service:
- Update and maintain active pricing lists, parts inventory
- Liaison between Service Technicians, Engineers or Service Dept
- Review, analyze and report on warranty trends

Training:
- Maintain and update record system to ensure all training is up to date
- Assist with software (SAP) training for new employees
- Provide technical support as required for all depts

Additional Duties as required

Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in an administrative environment
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an industrial office setting is a strong asset to the position
- Ability to learn new software systems
- Previous experience with SAP would be considered an asset
- Intermediate to advanced MS office suite, including PowerPoint
- Superior customer service skills
- Reliable, committed to excel in your role
- Must be able to provide 2 positive supervisory references
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass Drug & Alcohol testing
- This role is located in Nisku, and requires you to have your own reliable transportation

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- This role will require international travel on occasion, including upon hire for training. Must have valid passport or the ability to acquire one.
