Do you have an educational background or experience in the HVAC industry? Do you have previous customer service experience? Are you comfortable in team environments? If you answered yes to these questions we have the role for you.

An industry leader in heating, air conditioning, air quality and geothermal distributing with over 65 years of expertise is looking for 2 Service Coordinators to join their branches in Etobicoke and Markham. This company is the largest distributor in Eastern Canada, from the GTA all the way to the Maritimes. These permanent roles have become available due to the continued growth the company is experiencing.

The responsibilities of the Service Coordinator are...
- Provide exceptional customer service (in person/email/phone)
- Process PO's and quotations
- Support the inside sales team
- Source parts and equipment with suppliers/vendors
- Suggest appropriate parts and services based on clients needs
- Handle any customer issues and come up with solutions
- Inventory management
- Other admin duties as required

Qualifications
- Must have either an education in heating/refrigeration/ventilation or HVAC experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have 1 - 3 years of customer service experience
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be available for on call services
- Some mechanical/parts knowledge is a bonus
- Must be able to multitask
