As the trusted Service Technician you will be in charge of the following key duties;

- Install, service and repair over head doors, docking bays, loading docks and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance activities on client loading dock and equipment
- Electrical & mechanical installation, service and repair
- Provide superb customer service and technical support
- Act as technical lead while servicing or installing equipment
- Safely drive company vehicle and maintain organization of vehicle

Qualifications
- 3 or more years experience with electrical and mechanical equipment service, maintenance, repair or installation specific to the loading dock and overhead door industry
- CWB certification a major asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, gears
- Strong electrical understanding of low voltage power, electrical controls, sensors and relays
- Clear drivers abstract and valid "G" class drivers license
- Capable of working safely at heights
