Duties include:
all shipping and receiving duties
- preparing waybills to accompany orders
- working with the sales team to ensure top customer satisfaction
- performing quality control checks on all inbound and outbound product
- pricing shipping options with various companies to meet customers' needs
- keeping a meticulous record of all inventory using QuickBooks
- delivering customer orders with the company vehicle
- assist order desk and showroom
- maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse
- ensuring inventory is in good order, stocking shelves and order picking.
- annual inventory and spot counts
- continuously looking for improvements.
- willing to step outside boundaries of the job title for the betterment of the business

Advantages
- $14-$17/hour based on experience and qualifications
- 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a shipper/receiver
- customer service experience considered an asset
- ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone or email with customers, vendors and the team
- previous experience working with QuickBooks
- previous experience sourcing shipping quotes from multiple companies
- a clean driving record with a valid license is required
- previous experience operating a manual pallet jack
- ability to lift up to 60lbs. unassisted
- be energetic and self-motivated
- 2 supervisory references
