Our client, a leader in the design industry for over 40 years, is looking for an energetic Showroom Consultant to join their team. The company works with many different types of materials allowing their clients to tailor their own products. This is a permanent, full-time role; they offer a competitive base salary and sales commission, benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent people skills, who also has the ability to work independently. Their office is located in Vaughan, and the hours are from 8:30AM-5PM Monday to Friday.

• Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist clients with product selection
• Strong attention to detail, visual merchandising of sales displays in the showroom
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service
• Create customer profiles in the CRM and update as needed
• Provide administrative support to the sales consultants and assist with business development activities to help drive sales
• Handles client pricing and formal quoting
• The ability to work well independently,
• Professional demeanor

• Permanent, full-time opportunity

• 3+ years of previous customer service or retail sales experience
