Are you friendly, patient and quick-thinking? One of our client's luxury showroom, you are the first point of contact and it’s up to you to make sure the customer leaves with a good impression.

Randstad is looking for an energetic and high performance teammate to join our Client's team in Victoria as an Ensuite Consultant.

Position: Showroom Consultant
Type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 8-4:30pm
Location: Victoria, Downtown, BC
Starting: As soon as possible
Salary: $40000 per Year plus profit sharing


Job duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet and frequently exceed sales plan by developing annual, monthly and weekly sales objectives
• Build relationships with architects, designers, real estate brokers, contractors, builders and trade people
• Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• The ability to identify customer needs, provide solutions and close the sale
• High energy with strong communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and bath designer trends
• Project management skills
• The ability to easily learn and operate applicable software system

Required Competencies:

• Retail experience
• Keen sense of Kitchen & Bath design.
• Strong customer focus and result orientation
• Superior sales ability with proven results
• Previous experience with kitchen and bath products preferred
• Exceptional time management skills

Qualifications
• A minimum Grade 12 education
