Our client, Top 4 Accounting industry is looking for a Team Assistant to work a 6-month contract to support the Tax Department at their downtown Edmonton office. The successful candidate will be paid at $25/hr per hour.


●Develop and manage schedules on a daily basis, coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and book conference calls.
●Process submission of expenses; provide a recurring review of expense submissions.
●Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the department.
●Process invoices via ePayables as directed by client service staff.
●Scanning, printing and photocopying for assigned team.
●Document production.
●Filing final documents into LoS repositories (eg Consulting MAP files, Tax DMS, Deals BRS and Assurance Aura), if requested.
●Printing/formatting of Excel or Google documents, managing workflow to and from Office Service

• Gain experience working for an industry leading and globally recognized Accounting and Finance Firm
• Work full-time hours on a 6-month contract with the possibility to an extension
• Earn $25 per hour
• Downtown Edmonton Location

●Strong client service focus in dealing with both external and internal clients, displaying an image of professionalism, discretion, integrity and tact.
●The ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, by creating a positive working atmosphere, and supporting each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance.
●Effective listening skills; excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong spelling, editing, proofreading, punctuation and grammar skills).
●Proficiently use Microsoft Office and G Suite
●Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
●Adaptable and able to work within tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility.
●Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the department.
●Maintain departmental daily operational workflow. Sort and process incoming mail as appropriate.
